Bentleigh West Primary School
Bentleigh West Primary School shares a proud community tradition that has thrived for over 80 years. It has received many accolades for its leading practice environmental programs and learning landscapes: - Wetlands, Dry Forest Area, Fernery, Indigenous, Sensory, Herb and Vegetable Gardens and Chooks and Geese.
The school encourages our families to contribute to school life in whatever way they can as we recognise the benefits to our children, from the rewards of a school with a strong sense of “community”.
Bentleigh West Primary School has undertaken many different projects over their sustainability journey in order to be awarded a five star rating. A big reason for the success of the schools endeavours is the fact that sustainability activities have been firmly set into the schools curriculum.
