How to Book a CERES Incursion

1. Choose your CERES Incursion
2. Plan your Incursion
   a. 3-6 & 7-10 Incursions run for 90 minutes for a maximum of 30 students. Note: We have a minimum booking of 2 x sessions.
   b. P‐2 Incursions run for 45minutes, Early Learning Incursions run for 60 minutes

   Check your calendar and choose 3 dates

Confirmation of Booking

We will contact you via email to confirm your booking. The booking will not be confirmed until both the school or other party and CERES have confirmed availability for one of the given dates. 

Prices and Length of Programs

Grade 3 - Year 12
$600 - 2 x 1.5hour sessions (max 30 students per class)
$900 - 3 x 1.5 hour sessions (max 30 students per class)

Prep - Grade 2
$380 - 2 x 45minute sessions (max 30 students per class)
$570 - 3 x 45minute sessions (max 30 students per class)

Early Learning
$320 - 1 x 1 hour session (max 25 per class)
$570 - 2 x 1 hour sessions (max 25 per class)
$380 - 2 x 45 minute sessions (max. 15 per class)
$570 - 3 x 45 minute sessions (max. 15 per class)

Important Information

• 10-15 minutes class change over time is required between each session.
  The same room must be used for all sessions.
• CERES staff will arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the first session and will require access to the allocated teaching space at this time.
• Bookings must be made with a minimum of 3 weeks notice
• Travel costs are additional to urban fringe and remote schools
• Please let us know whether you have a data projector. We can bring our own if required.

Cancellation Fees

We require minimum 2 weeks notice for cancellations of bookings.  If less than 2 weeks notice a 10% of total Incursion costs will be incurred.
