Eastern Alliance for Sustainable Learning (EASL) would like to invite you to this year’s Learning for Sustainability Conference.

Building on the success of the 2014 event, this year’s conference will give you the opportunity to connect with local sustainability education resources, network with like-minded individuals, hear inspiring stories from the wider educational community, gain contacts and ideas to take back to your own community, all while enjoying local food in a beautiful setting.
The objectives of the conference are for participants to:

  • Build on their existing knowledge and confidence in sustainable practice;
  • Be able to tailor sustainability initiatives that suit their educational community;
  • Maintain and extend their sustainability networks;
  • Feel positive, inspired, and empowered;
  • Develop skills and tools in planning strategic actions.

* The Eastern Alliance for Sustainable Learning (EASL) is a collaboration of five Eastern Region Councils (Knox, Whitehorse, Manningham, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges). Local delegates are individuals who live or work within an educational institution within one of these Eastern region councils.
