Join our expert educators on a journey around the globe and experience the culture and global contributions of Indonesia, India or Africa. Students will explore and learn about different cultures and appreciate the contribution of culture to the wider community. Our educators will guide students through problem solving and action planning to create change within their school community and explore ways to celebrate the many global perspectives in your school.

Through a variety of hands on activities your students will:

Years F-6

  • Develop an awareness and understanding that our world is a diverse place with many nations, cultures and beliefs
  • Understand that sustainability has been an important component of traditional living and lifestyles and recognise that culture is an integral part of sustainability
  • Interact with culture through traditional activities, dance and customs

You’ll receive a school teacher guide, including instructions for optional activities to do before and after the CERES excursion to get your students thinking, discussing and actively contributing to a world that is sustainable and just for all people and creatures.
