Her cooking aims to recreate family favourite meals and dishes to incorporate dietary restrictions and improved health outcomes. In this class ‘Veggies in Dessert’ you will learn how to create healthier versions of your old favourites. The desserts are dairy-free and gluten-free using a variety of ingredients; nuts, seeds, vegetables, whole grains, fats, spices, legumes and unrefined sugars.
