Audits and actions

Audit at work

Students and teachers from grades F-6 have been conducting biodiversity audits of our school grounds.

Once their audits were  completed and examined 3 levels of action have been put in place.

Students from F-2 have been designing and constructing a mini museum/exhibition of our school grounds with the theme What’s Special at our school and why.

Students from 3-4 have been designing and creating advertising material to educate our whole school community about what we have and how and why we should look after it.

Students in 5-6 have been designing and building physical changes to our school environment to preserve and enhance what we have including the building of bird/possum boxes/insect hotels to the construction of a frog pond/bog and adding more plants to our wildlife corridor.
