BEPS Citrus Grove
The Light and Heavy gardening groups have built the Citrus Grove near the Oak Tree Sandpit in the school grounds. Over the last year we prepared the site, built the retaining wall from redgum sleepers and concreted them into position.
Now we will improve the soil with organic matter from our veggie garden compost bays, ready to plant a lemon tree and maybe espalier an orange tree along one side of the sleepers.
