Green Machine News – 4 March 2021

Congratulations to the successful applicants of 2021 who were announced at assembly last week. We met for the first time this week and are looking forward to actioning some of the amazing ideas and suggestions we discussed at our first meeting.
Green Machine is looking for any unwanted Woolworths Discovery Garden seedlings. We are planning on planting these in our barrels and baths in the coming weeks. Hopefully we get to see lots of growth over the next few months and look forward to sharing our produce with the school community. There is a basket inside the office area for collection of the seed boxes. We appreciate your support/donations.
We continue to encourage Nude Food this year and our Waste Busters are doing a wonderful job promoting sustainability in the classrooms.
We would also like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to Nichole Maybury (Arlo 6A) for designing our new Waste Buster badges – we love them!

Thanks again and remember… Stay Green!
