Vertical Garden Wall
STIHL\\\’s My Green Wall project sees the installation of vertical gardens in a select number of primary schools around the country. The project is about letting kids get their hands dirty and have a little fun, while educating them about the importance of our natural environment and how to take care of plants.
Werribee Primary School is one of the first schools in this area to have a Green Wall installed. The students were very excited about participating in this activity. We received our own vertical garden – a complete kit which includes a steel frame structure carrying up to thirty pots. This is supported by curriculum-compliant educational and teaching materials for Grade 3 students, as well as inclusive takehome materials for each child to share with their family.
