Walk to School in October
Monday 5th October officially launched the beginning of the Walk to School month Council Initiative. It was great to see so many families walking and getting on board to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce the impact of pollution on our local environment. The launch began with a ‘Wacky Walk’ around the oval, which saw some very interesting ‘walks’ created by the children. Well done to those students who took home a ‘Weeely Wacky Walker’ Award!
Let’s see which class will log the most walks by the end of the month!
